Striper Fishing On The Lahave

There used to be a few fellows that fished the LaHave River for stripers back in the 70's and 80's and they used to get some dandys right where the old mall was on the river does anyone still fish for them there?

I don't belive so, I havent herd of any stripers caught in the Lahave for a long time.

Anyone know if there is a reason why they don't visit the Atlantic side of the province? I assume since they are caught in Cape Breton they must travel past here on their way up...

Stripers are found all along our coastline and up to the Gaspe'.

They have been dipped out a few times in the recent years by parkview falls . only way to know is get your lines wet boys an girls!
