Hi fly fishers. I live in out in Tantallon and have fished a river 3 times this week with zero luck. I've caught fish there for years, but never this early. Any fly ideas for cold, early fast flowing rivers? I have tried the Muddler, March Brown, etc. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks!

The Bead head wolly bugger with a little crystal flash in the tail is always well stocked item in my fly box for the spring. Need something to get down deep in the fast high water. Lots of colour combos that work, depending on the day / light and river which works best .. good luck!
