I've seen quite a bit of mention of albro lake on here but I'm wondering about shore fishing. Is there any way to approach from the highway? (Burnside side) or maybe from John Martin school. I know I can go the beach way but I would think it would be a lot more busy.

Any tips are greatly appreciated

If you are driving from Burnside (on the circumfrential) heading towards Mic Mac Lake/Tavern, all you need to do is pull over on the shoulder and access that side of the lake on foot. Lots of folks do it. It is not uncommon to see 2 or 3 cars parked there. Good luck!! Regards....

If you come in on the beach there is actually a trail that goes around half the lake there are a number of spots along the trail where u can fish from the shore - usually you can find a few spots with not too many people around
