Fish are being caught throughout the Shubenacadie River...not sure about Stewiacke yet likely a bit early

alright cheers m8 any idea on whats being used and what part of the shubie

The normal spots everyone else goes to. Baseball Diamonds.

and Gaspereau for bait.

there no baseball diamonds on the shubie only the stewiacke

When is the river closure hoping to get up there another time or two

may 10th to june 10th is the bait closure during that time only artificial lure and fly and is all catch and release

What were the results of the derby? Didn't make it out this year

idk i wasn't in it but was fishing up river from them there was a lot of people leaving part way through and we weren't having any luck and we were about 300 yards away from them so idk will have to wait and see
