i would like to take this chance to say that this is a good chance for a bass angler to help out. it is a chance for not just a tournament angler, but every responsible angler to help with the health of ''our fishery''. rbans is not just about bass angling , buy helping out all of our angling oppertunities in nova scotia. most anglers support the control of ''invasives'', and this association supports this as well.if bass anglers can help salmonids at all , this is a great resource for people to go through!if you want your oppinion heard , and would like to help with ALL ANGLING wants and needs then a membership might be benificial to you!it's not that expensive and an extra ''voice'' could be heard. :D

Meeting went very well today, we had people there from Shelburne, Middleton, Dartmouth and Bridgewater areas; thanks to all for attending and for those that tried to get there as well and let us know they could not make it.

We settled on some decisions for items moving forward and of course established a new executive.

Lots of good things on the move for RBANS and more information is or will be available on our websiteRBANS Site

We look forward also to seeing everyone at our booth in the Sports & RV show next month, come visit us in booth D21. We'll have tickets there at the show itself only for a special prize pack to be drawn at the show, for $1.00 per ticket you will be able to win:

1 Lowrance X4 Sonar system
1 Shimano spinning rod (finalizing model now)
1 spool of power pro line
1 assorted bass tackle pack

Thanks again for the support, the RBANS executive and membership look forward to seeing more of you in the future.
