I would imagine that the Musq River is pretty high and rough, but I thought I'd ask if anybody has been out that way and if it's really bad or not? I don't have the money to waste on gas but looking for adventure if it's worth it lol

I've been there a few times. Once I could have fished all day and caught trout the whole time they were hittin like no tomorrow. other times I got nothing. hit or miss from experience but the hits can get big so I would take the adventure. it also helps to see the river when its low because the pools are harder to locate when its a little higher. just seems like the water is free flowing when really you've just walked past a few killer pools. ive done this before when I was new to the river but over time you learn the spots

Just saw a picture from this morning. Still extremely high, but it's probably two feet lower than the peak following post-tropical storm Andrea.
I started reading a book about anti-gravity and I just couldn't put it down.
