Guys,

Has anyone else noticed that Sterling Belliveau is looking more like a Hobbit every year (See Letter from Minister in Handbook)?

Can't ya just envision the little guy running through the "Shire" with his hairy bare feet flapping in the mud. I've even got a great "Hobbit" name for him - Dildo Bugger.

Sorry. Couldn't help it.

Yeah, but he's a hard hobbit to break. We'll have to start feeding him ISA-infected salmon for second breakfast.

I started reading a book about anti-gravity and I just couldn't put it down.
