I know this is going to be a pretty wide open question, but I am wondering if some members of the forum could offer their thoughts on what the best counties for trout fishing are currently in NS?
If people from each county can weigh in on it that would be great. Thinking about moving soon and want to take into consideration some local, on-the-ground knowledge of the trout fishing in various counties.
So... which is the best for trout fishing:
- Queens
- Annapolis
- Kings
- Hants
- Lunenburg
- Halifax
- Pictou
- Antigonish
- Guysborough
- Cape Breton (lumping all the counties together for sake of simplicity)
- note I am not listing Shelburne/Yarmouth, I know the trout populations have been decimated by pickerel there
Thanks!
